FW: Cannot see Service and Process commands

Hi,
 
We have configured nagios and it's working fine.
Via the Web we cannot access the Service and Process commands.
Always get the messages: 'It appears as though nagios is not running, so
commands are temporarily unavailable.
But nagios is running. Didn't find also a permission problem. Any other
possibilities.
It's running on Debian
