Web-Based config

I', working on a project called Nato. It uses a MySQL-DB for the config 
and exports it to 'normal' files after changes. Thus no changes are 
needen in Nagios or other tools that uses the plain files.
In Nato there will also be a text-based UI for administration if Nagios 
objects.
