None at the moment - but there was mention on the list a couple of weeks 
(month?) ago.

The big question about the above measurements (and traffic) is that they 
are only meaningful as rate and not an absolute number  - so the plugin 
would need to retrieve a couple of values and then determine the rate and 
alert on that.

This leads to caching data and questions about where/how to cache and any 
disk i/o issue if large number of plugin invocations started to d it..
