Compiling plugins for Tru64

There has been reported success on Tru64 (not sure which versions) for the
final 1.3.0 release. Please can you try and compile and confirm the Tru64
versions. 

Also, check_nagios and check_swap do not currently work so if you manage to
fix these, please let us know.
