define variables for notification

I'll be adding 8 (or so) generic address macros for contacts in 2.0 
($CONTACTADDRESS1$ through $CONTACTADDRESS8$).  Since there are a 
zillion different types of addresses, it makes more sense to name 
them in a generic fashion.
