Email when Warning and Page when critical

    Just remove the ³w² from the notification_options directive in all the
page_group users.  If you¹re using the same contact definitions for each
group, you¹ll need to set up alternate user definitions which will be
exclusive to the pagers.  It¹s a little iffy, but it should work just fine.
