Perl plugin : Return code of 13 is out of bounds

I don't know if it means anything or not but from
/usr/include/asm/errno.h --

#define EACCES          13      /* Permission denied */

Check to make sure the file is executable by the nagios user (I suggest
running it as the nagios user).
