Any way to have Nagios send epages only when host or service is critical (not for warnings?)

Perhaps the OP had already RTFM'd.  It wasn't obvious to me how to go about
doing this after looking at the docs you referenced.  I see mentions of lots
of filters which the notification must pass through, but nothing jumps out
at me as a way to establish a filter so that I am paged only if the event is
critical, but sent email for warnings and critical events.
