check SNMP plugin won't compile

Hi,

	Some basic stuff to check:

	- does your $PATH env var contain /usr/local/bin when you
	start the ./configure ?

	- did you look on "./configure --help" to see if some options could
	be given to help it to find the netsnmp package ?

	- did you check the configure.in file to look what kind of
	check it contains concerning net-snmp ?
