Distributed Polling Question

I would like to configure Nagios in a distributed polling model, but I want the central server to be running multiple instances of Nagios (i.e. one for each customer so they have their own web interface, etc). The problem I see is that the NSCA client does not have a way to indicate which instance of Nagios to submit the passive check to. Does anyone have any experience with this situation?
