Path issue on install. Small issue

I have just a small issue.

I am just starting to install and have the web interface running but have a path
issue on the cgi's

For instance, if I click on Tactical Overview, the link is:

http://nagios.mydomain.com/nagios/nagios/cgi-bin/tac.cgi

but http://nagios.mydomain.com/nagios/cgi-bin/tac.cgi

So I have an extra nagios in the URL.

Is there a config file to control this?
