SNMP OID values for cpu load & disk for RH Linux

Hello All,

Can anyone tell me the OID values for RH Linux 7.3. The required values are:
- CPU Load
- Disk Usage
- Memeory Usage

how can i confiure the snmpd.conf for that.

I have searched the www.mibdepot.com but it is not helped me.
