does proxy have anything to do wth nagios

my httpd log shows me the following related to nagios.

[Wed Feb 26 12:07:39 2003] [error] [client 10.160.128.200] client denied by server configuration: /usr/share/n
agios/

my proxy server is 10.160.128.200
and i havent metioned a word of this ip-addr in any of my nagios configuration files.

and as a result i cannot access my nagios index page.
giving the Acess Forbidden error.

so what does this realy do??
