Return code of 127 is out of bounds - plugin may be missing

My $USER1$ macro points to /usr/local/nagios/libexec. That's the
directory in which the check commands are installed. It works fine on
restart but with reload it gives problem. Also when the host comes UP
again, it still shows the host in RED color with the same error.

What can be the problem?

Cheers,
Anshul
