How to dial-up with netsaint??

Depends on what you want to do during the dial-up session.

If you want to send a page - you need to look at a paging program 
qpage/sendpage for TAP or gnokii for SMS.

Then - modify the notify-by* commands to use the paging program instead of 
/bin/mail
