...something else is wierd also,

I have another Redhat system with kernel 2.4.18-3 running Nagios 1.0b6 and I am receiving the same message on the GUI....Warning: Montitoring Process may not be running.... However, on this system I rebooted and all is well. On my other Redhat system with kernel 2.4.18-3 running Nagios 1.0b1, even after countless reboots, I still receive the warning....any ideas???

TIA,
John
