check_nrpe: could not complete SSL handshake

If running NRPE as a standalone daemon, make sure the client is 
authorized to connect to the daemon.  This is an option in the config 
file.  Also, look at the system log on the server the daemon is 
running on - it should have more info on why the error is occurring.
