Hi Nagios gurus,

Does anyone know how does the 'check_log' plugin work? I dont understand the
- -q query option. Do we write a script and pass in to query between the old
and new pattern of the log files? It will be truly appreciated and helpful if
anyone who is currently using the check_log plugin can paste a snippet sample
here.

Thanks!
