check_procs CRITICAL Interpreted as OK

Check_procs is the latest (1.3).

Here's an example of the problem.  On the comand line I get:

$ check_procs -w 1: -c 1: -C crond
CRITICAL - 0 processes running with command name crond

>From status.log:

[1049487005]
SERVICE;omailwebav01;CRON;OK;1/10;HARD;1049486965;1049487265;ACTIVE;1;1;1;1046982567;0;OK;2503772;0;0;0;0;0;1;2;1;1;0;0.00;0;1;1;1;CRITICAL
- 0 processes running with command name crond

Any idea why Nagios is interpreting this as OK?
