Preventing cached pages

Hello,

It has probably been mentioned already very often, but I sometimes have a
proxy enabled (it could also be the local cache) and warning/errors are
still shown when they are already gone. What I often used to prevent is to
add something to every generated link:
<url>?uniq=kjusdhjfhkjas8erw5

Where the string is always different. This prevents caching 100% safely, all
other additions to META headers etc don't work that well
