ACKNOWLEDGEMENT notifcation

Hi all

No sure if this is a problem.

I running Nagios Version 1.0b4 on a FreeBSD 4.3 system
and have setup a contact who's host and server notification periods are
non work hours. ie 00:00-09:00 and 17:00-24:00 weekdays and 24hrs
weekend. and service/host notification is only critical and down.


But he received a  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT notifcation on a service which was at
a warning level during work hrs. 11:23:41am? Do  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT go out
to all contacts regards less of time periods?
