More notes_url in hostextinfo.cfg ?

Hi,
is possible to have more that one notes_url in hostextinfo.cfg ?
For example for me is useful to have  traceroute and  telnet to manage a
node:

define hostextinfo{
        host_name       www.cisco.com
        notes_url
http://212.141.129.230/nagios/cgi-bin/traceroute.cgi?198.133.219.25
-->    notes_url_1   telnet://$HOSTNAME$
