German Umlauts and other Quoting Problems

Hi,

i noticed several problems with german umlauts in Email Notifications. Additional to this messages with "\" in it aren't quoted right. The message breaks after the backslash.

Any workaround for this?

PS: I tried to replace the quotation marks (") with single quotation marks (') in miscommands.cfg but this didn't solve the problem...
