Problem with "Acknowledge This Service Problem"

Hi,
I'm having problem with this option:
everything is working great,but with it,I get:

"An error occurred while processing your command.
Go back and verify that you entered all required information correctly."

I don't see anything in nagios.log nor in my apache error.log.

Any idea,please?
