Windows host checking

Is it possible to add HostMIB's to a Windows NT 4.0 system? I keep
hearing how bad SNMP support is on Windows NT, but this functionality
would help me greatly as I'm already doing process monitoring with
nagios with Windows 2000.

I apologize if this is a little offtopic.
