Getting the icons to work on the Map

Did you compile nagios with --with-template-objects & --with-template-extinfo? 
Second, you have hostextinfo & serviceextinfo(about 5-6 times) listed mulitple times in your cgi.cgi file, remove all of them and make sure there's only(see below); change the path to where ever your hostsextinfo.cfg & serviceextinfo.cfg files are located... 
xedtemplate_config_file=/CHANGE/ME/To/THE/COrrect/PATH/hostextinfo.cfg
xedtemplate_config_file=/CHANGE/ME/To/THE/COrrect/PATHserviceextinfo.cfg
Remove this crap and anyother hostextinfo crap in the cgi.cfg

hostextinfo[es-eds]=/serverinfo/es-eds.html;novell40.gif;novell40.jpg;novell40.gd2;IntranetWare 
4.11;100,50;3.5,0.0,-1.5;
hostextinfo[rosie]=/
