problem with cgi refresh

Make sure that you don't have multiple nagios master processes running.
Shut down nagios then do a ps -ef to see if there are any still running.
If so, kill them then restart nagios. If that doesn't fix it, please
provide us more information (i.e. OS and version, nagios version, apache
version, etc...).
