problem with cgi refresh

Hello erveryone.
Im getting some problems with the web interface. Ive done all
configuration steps accordingly with the documentation provided but im
getting some problems regarding the CGI web interface.
Sometimes i get "It appears as though you do not have permission to view
information for any of the services you requested..", sometimes i get
the hosts and their services.
I noticed that sometimes it seems like its doing some kind of cache in
the http because i get strange results...
Its not a problem of cache because i already disabled that in mozilla...
it seems like an Apache or CGI issue similar to the problem that happens
when you port CGI's to mod-perl..
anyone has similar problems regarding refreshing of CGI's?
