Check_ntp problem

Win2k Time service is not the same thing as NTP. The plugin is just giving
you an incorrect error. If you really are running the University of Delaware
NTP server on your DC, the plugin is telling you that the clock jitter is
too high. Jitter (or dispersion, which is the old term used in NTP v3) is a
measure of error in dealing with a remote peer or server.
