solaris8 gdlib

To tell you the truth, I don't know if gd 2.0.3 works with nagios.  I
use gd 1.8 with nagios, and don't have to install it.

1.  fetch gd 
2.  uncompress gd
3.  cd to gd dir and run make
4.  configure nagios with gd-lib=<gd dir> and gd-inc=<gd dir>
5.  make nagios
