version info in misccommands.cfg

I just realized something.

I upgraded to 1.0b6 shortly after it came out, but the e-mail alerts I've
been getting still show 1.0b4.  I've made the necessary change in
misccommands.cfg to reflect the correct version.

Should this be added to future README files?  Or will there be a VERSION
file which Nagios (eg, e-mail alerts) can reference?
