standard plugins for solaris

This question has come up time and time again. I offered to create a
package for Solaris8, but someone else said it was already posted somewhere
(although I've never seen it). I'd even be willing to submit the tarballs,
if there were a place to host them. www.nagios.org <http://www.nagios.org>
would be the obvious choice.

How about it, Ethan?

In the meantime, I'll send them to you directly, if you want. Reply to me
off-list.

Subject: [Nagios-users] standard plugins for solaris

I've been trying to compile the plugins for Solaris and not getting far. Do
they work on solaris? Does the nrpe daemon? The ./configure seems to work ok
for solaris however when I try to do a make-all I get:

cd . &&
/bin/sh: syntax error at line 1: `end of file' unexpected
make: *** [aclocal.m4] Error 2

Are there binaries for solaris 8/sparc for the plugins and nrpe someplace by
chance?
