You may need autoconf, automake and others.

I've been trying to compile the plugins for Solaris and not getting far. Do they work on solaris? Does the nrpe daemon? The ./configure seems to work ok for solaris however when I try to do a make-all I get:
 
cd . &&
/bin/sh: syntax error at line 1: `end of file' unexpected
make: *** [aclocal.m4] Error 2
 
Are there binaries for solaris 8/sparc for the plugins and nrpe someplace by chance?
