[OT?] check_http and proxy

Hi all,
Probably my problem is a few OT.
I need to run check_http to test a web server on the other side of company proxy (I have to use proxy).
What can I do?
I tried with http_proxy variable (but it works for few program), installing squid on nagios pc (I can't use any other for my test) and with iptables redirect (with and without squid)unsuccessfully.
Nagios running on RH 7.2 with many upgrade.
