qpage notifications to ATT Wireless

Is anyone using qpage to send notifications.  In particular
to AT&T Wireless.  My setup for Cingular Wireless works 
very well, but my manager just changed service to AT&T.
I searched the web and found 3 or 4 toll free numbers, but
only 1 of them seems to work.  It will accept the message 
and claim to deliver it, but none of the messages has 
made it to the phone yet.  I called AT&T wireless twice, 
the first time I spoke with a very unhelpful and rude 
employee who wouldn't even acknowledge that the TAP protocol
existed.  The second was very helpful and friendly.  She 
even went so far as to call her tech support person.  But 
the result was pretty much the same, they don't claim to 
support the TAP/IXO protocol.  They both wanted to know 
why I didn't just send an e-mail message.  Of course I
explained that if the network was down ... Anyway, if someone
has successfully sent a notification with qpage to AT&T wireless
will you share the secret of your success.
