[naemon-users] Naemon + Custom notifications

Hi,

I just observed an oddity.

I have 1 contact defined to only receive DOWN notices.

Whenever a host goes down/up the expected notifications arrive (only DOWN)
However when I do a custom notification if the host is in UP state the notification gets sent to this contact aswell although the contact is configured not to receive UP (recovery) notices.

Google wasn't very helpful (answers ranger from "this is as designed" to "bug")

Given the force notification option, broadcast option, etc I would expect it to adhere to the configuration of the contact.

Could anyone shine any light on this ?
