<p class="MsoNormal">I have 1 contact defined to only receive DOWN notices. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Whenever a host goes down/up the expected notifications arrive (only DOWN)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">However when I do a custom notification if the host is in UP state the notification gets sent to this contact aswell although the contact is configured not to receive UP (recovery) notices.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Google wasn’t very helpful (answers ranger from “this is as designed” to “bug”)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Given the force notification option, broadcast option, etc I would expect it to adhere to the configuration of the contact.<o:p></o:p></p>
