puzzled by entity relations in NDO database

PPL,

I have a distributed monitoring setup with Centreon.
However, I would like to be able to still use the classic Nagios interface.
This is quite complicated, since Centreon only uses the NDO database to show
statusses and so on, while there are no passive checks defined on the
master server for the statuses of monitored objects on the slave monitoring
hosts.
So I set up the nagios cgi interface to use another nagios.cfg then nagios
uses, like nagioscgi.cfg
In this nagioscgi.cfg I configured the objects.cache and status.dat to point
to other files than the ones the nagios instance on the master uses, so I
can generate the objects.cache and the status.dat myself from the NDO
database.
HOWEVER:
I can not seem to get the relation between the contact and the
host_notification_command and the service_notification_command. There seems
to be no reference in the nagios_contact table and the nagios_commands or
the nagios_objects table which defines the notification commands of the
contacts.
Anyone an idea?

Thx,

Roy

PS. The data model published by Ethan Galstadt does not contain an ERD for
the configuration tables, and has not been updated since 2007..
