Patch to show Scheduling Queue for Nagios 2.12

Hi Everyone,

We recently had a need to see exactly what the scheduling queue looks like at system start, specifically we wanted to see exactly what various config file options were doing to it.
So we added a new startup option that I'm calling big S.
Instead of starting with -s you start nagios with -S and it will show you the entire scheduling queue.
I am attaching a patch for comment.
We would love to see this make it into the mainstream 2.12 since it could be really handy for debugging purposes to see exactly what will execute and when.

Enjoy!

Sincerely,
Steve
