Hi list,

here is the whole file with all commands actually known. There have
also been some typos which are fixed now.

A little documentation to the contents of this file:

- externalcommands is the root element
- externalcommand is a command like add, remove, disable
- item is something the command operates on, like comment, check, program
- specification describes the interface of a specific Nagios external
command, it has a scope, e.g. host, service, global, all_beyond_host,
and an alias.
- some scope attributes need a further attribute called context, this
could be host, service or nagios
- version is set to Nagios versions supporting this Nagios external command
- options are names and types for options for this command
- usage describes if an option is mandatory or optional

Any comments greatly appreciated.

Tobias
