NEB: event after all data is loaded

Hello,
after which event all service and host data is loaded?
I used NEBCALLBACK_TIMED_EVENT_DATA in my module so far, but it seems that
event is called after service_list and host_list is loaded, but not all data
is loaded (retention file).
