Service check/retry_interval fixes

Ethan:

The documentation changed normal_check_interval and retry_check_interval in the service definition to check_interval and check_interval. I assume the second check_interval should have been retry_interval. This was not done in the source.

The attached patch fixes these problems (patched against the current CVS).
