            when the server is back online. I need to restart the agent

            not fetch information from server " . After restarting the
            agent on the windows server everything is fine.</span></font></div>

    It sounds like your nsclient++ isn't configured to start up on boot
    time.<br>
    <br>
    Check the windows box services setting , and check the time out and
    load on the box .<br>
