windows system I receive from nagios (version 3.2.0 with
nagios-plugins-1.4.14) "status unknown" messages (No host

when the server is back online. I need to restart the agent
manually.</span></font></div>

messages with the follwing additional information "could
not fetch information from server " . After restarting the
agent on the windows server everything is fine.</span></font></div>

It sounds like your nsclient++ isn't configured to start up on boot
time.<br>
<br>
Check the windows box services setting , and check the time out and
load on the box .<br>
