Is there a core dump file?</div><div><br></div><div>Take a copy of retention.dat, then remove it. Does that start it up?</div><div><br></div><div>If that fixes it, there maybe a corruption in retention.dat. Can you then reduce the problem down by removing entries in retention.dat to find what the problem is.
