All I am seeing that when anyone acknowledges a problem in nagios, it keeps track of username and notes information. However if someone execute command like DISABLE_SVC_CHECK or DISABLE_HOST_NOTIFICATIONS or many other commands then nagios does not keep track of username and who initiated the command.
