Without knowing what command is running, it is impossible to know what that means, beyond what I've stated. It is as though you ran the command from a command line, then typed echo $? and it printed 141. A Nagios command is supposed to return 0, 1 or 2 for OK, Warning, Critical. This one returned a 141.
