It's currently being adapted to Nagios 3. It's got shitty documentation on how to get started, but provided you're willing to get your hands dirty, you should have no trouble setting it up. Code is available at <a href="http://www.op5.org" target="_blank">http://www.op5.org</a>, but only as git repositories.
