perl script to convert the Nagios v1 MySQL comments data in to the Nagios v2
format. Once the conversion is complete, I am able to view all the comments
through the nagios web interface etc. but as luck would have it, if I remove an
entry from the newly added comments, it removes all the converted comment data
leaving the existing comments added through the new Nagio v2
