I ran nagios –v and all tested well - apparently. When I run <o:p></o:p> nagios /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg I see <o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> “Nagios 2.0b3 starting … (PID=6999)”<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> Then after several minutes I get the following message repeatedly in several minute intervals<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> “/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_procs: option requires an argument –s”<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> If I click on any of the Monitoring Tools on the webpage I get the following message<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> “It appears as though you do not have permission to view information for any of the hosts you requested…<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication requirements for accessing this CGI and check the authorization options in your CGI configuration file.”<o:p></o:p> <o:p> </o:p> I don’t see anything wrong with the configuration files but I may not be looking in the right place.
