<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We use (to supervise our network and hosts) Nagios 1.1 in our office.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">and we want also use host/service failure escalation</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">So i configured the escalations.cfg File, but it dosen't work like i want</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Our goal is, that if one contact receives the SMS and then he aknowledge the Problem, no other contact will become a SMS</FONT></P>
